Jeonbuk Hyundai will meet the sensational team Daejeon Hana Citizen without a head coach.

Just like the Qatar World Cup match against Portugal, Jeonbuk’s fate depended on the role of head coach Kim Doo-hyun.

Jeonbuk and Daejeon will face off in the 9th round of ‘Hanawon Q K League 1 2023’ at 7:30 pm on the 26th at Jeonju World Cup Stadium.

Jeonbuk is 7th with 3 wins, 1 draw and 4 losses, 10 points, and Daejeon is 4th with 4 wins, 2 draws and 2 losses, 14 points. The two teams will meet in the K-League 1 for the first time in eight years since 2015.  메이저사이트

Jeonbuk won 2-0 in the previous Jeju expedition and climbed to 7th place with 3 wins, 1 draw and 4 losses (10 points). Although he took a breather by defeating Jeju, manager Kim Sang-shik is being hit with crossfire from fans after losing two straight matches right before the match against Jeju.

The match against Jeju was also won, but foreign striker Happa Silva’s accumulated warnings and manager Kim Sang-sik’s dismissal left a gap in both the attack and the bench.

Although Daejeon is a promoted team, they are in 4th place with 4 wins, 2 draws and 2 losses (14 points). With 16 goals in 8 games, it ranks first in the league with Ulsan and Seoul.

Head coach Kim Doo-hyun sits on the bench and commands the team from before the match, when head coach Kim Sang-sik was suspended for two games before the match.

Until last season, even a coach who was sent off could go to work with the squad on game day, attend press conferences before and after the game, and instruct the players in the locker room during halftime.
